The Updated GMAT Exam Format
The GMAT Focus Edition consists of 3 equal sections. Each section lasts 45 minutes and is computer-adaptive.
Quantitative Reasoning (45 Mins)
21 questions. Measures your problem-solving ability using basic algebra and arithmetic. Calculator use is not permitted.
Verbal Reasoning (45 Mins)
23 questions. Tests Reading Comprehension and Critical Reasoning skills.
Data Insights (45 Mins)
20 questions. Measures your ability to analyze graphs, tables, and multiple data sources. An on-screen calculator is provided for this section.
